Can you predict whether a planning application will be successful?

At the House London #1 hackathon, Anson Kong, Amy Li, Mark Fothergill, Steven Li and I built Confident Planner, winning the second place jury and audience prizes!

Having analyzed 1M London planning applications, we give users the likelihood of their application being approved based on a variety of factors, including a plain text description of their application.

By providing applicants with a transparent look at their odds and ways of increasing them, we could save them hundreds of pounds on additional application fees.
